I met Tetsunori Tawaraya briefly a couple years ago at Berbati’s Pan. He was tagging along with ‘Kill Me Tomorrow’ on their tour selling copies of his handmade comic ‘CAN YOU SEE THE RAINBOW FROM THERE?’ Between handpainted corrugated cardboard covers was some of the loveliest psychedelic comic I’d ever seen. It’s on the zine shelf without a price. But I’ll sell it for what I paid for it, $12. Or maybe I’ll get nervous and say, “Oh that? Um… that’s not really for sale…” So come check it out before I come to my senses!
