FAQ

Q: Where are you located?
A: Downtown Portland, on 4th Ave just north of Burnside, 400 NW Couch St. Across the street from Ping and Couture. Chinatown gates.

Q: What are your hours?
A: Every day 11-7pm.

Q: How much is this book?
A: There’s no price on it? Here lemme look it up in the computer.

Q: Will you ship to Canada?
A: Sure.

Q: Do you take zines on consignment?
A: Yes. We usually start with 3 copies of whatever you got. 50/50 split if that works for you. It’s your responsibility to pick up any returns within 3 months. Returns are not guaranteed after 3 months. After 3 months they’ll still be available for sale, but they might end up in a box or something. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. No returns on out-of-state zines.

A: Yes, you’ll get a 10% discount. Just buy everything in your box and if you need to cancel, try to give a couple months notice if possible since I order in advance. We like you to clear out your box weekly if possible or once a month at the least. If we haven’t heard from you in over a month your box could be closed.

Q: What’s the best comic coming out right now?
A: It seems like Image is capturing the best hearts and minds at the moment. Are you reading Lazarus? Goddamned by Jason Aaron? Prison Pit? Copra? Walking Dead is a great series to get addicted to.

Q: I just read Watchmen do you have any more?
A: I think Planetary by Warren Ellis is the closest anyone’s come to the post modern superhero greatness of Watchmen. If you want some more Alan Moore try League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, V For Vendetta, Top 10 or Swamp Thing.

Q: How long has this store been here?
A: Ten years.

Q: Do you buy comics?
